Testing, 1, 2, 3…this thing on?
Apologies for the lengthy hiatus, dear readers. As you can probably imagine, parenthood has thrown my life into chaos. I’m on the losing side of the time tug o’ war between life with Kate and work with clients at Tiny Bites Consulting, so the blog, Twitter, and Facebook streams have been back-burnered as a result. Our little family is still cooking, dining, and photographing our adventures…I just haven’t had the time or inclination to publish it.
I’m going to flood the blog over the next week with a bit of catch-up, including but not limited to:
- quick recaps of favourite events in the past year
- a new series called Tinier Bites
- additions to the High Tea Series
- 2 giveaways
- airtime for the last leg of the 2010 West Coast Chocolate Festival, of which I am a sponsor and volunteer mentor
Contributors Bruce and Degan, who I cannot thank enough for assisting on Tiny Bites throughout my pregnancy and early mommyhood, have also had major milestones. Degan is busy planning for her stagette next stage of life with her guy. Bruce no longer has his weekly commute to the Island because his home and work base is now in Los Angeles. I wish them both well…though am still hoping that Bruce logs in from time to time with some food adventures in the City of Angels.
