I’m very pleased to announce a new place to discuss all things food and BC: chefstabletalk.com.
Chefs’ Table Talk is the forum arm of the Chefs’ Table Society of BC. This forum aims to connect professionals in the industry with food enthusiasts outside of industry, and to foster open and inclusive dialogue about everything culinary that is affecting our fair province.
Chefs’ Table Talk will be moderated and supported by the volunteer efforts of the following host sites*:
Having assisted the Chefs’ Table Society with their corresponding website refresh and the installation of this forum, you will most likely find me lurking in the Forum Help section as this site gets its legs. Otherwise, I’ll be spending most of my time chatting about home cooking in the In the Kitchen section, with an occasional stop inside the Restaurant Scene section for exchanges with the pros.
My hope is that you and I will be able to engage in interesting banter with your favourite local chefs and learn from like-minded peers about anything you wish to know about cooking, dining, and the provenance of your food.
So…have I convinced you to chat with me inside Chefs’ Table Talk?
