Good memory, Jay. It completely slipped my mind to insert that quote.

I believe it was the Bun Bo Hue, whose kick of heat seemed to skip around my mouth like a person running over hot coals. It activated different regions of my tongue with various flavours and textural finishes long after the mouthful was swallowed. Not bad at all for a bowl of soup!
