You should know better to find good Shanghai food (in the south) from a place called &quot;Northern&quot; delicacy.  There are three really good &quot;Shanghai&quot; restaurants in Richmond, but too bad I don&#039;t know their names in english.  Will try to pin point them on google maps.</description>
