That's a lot of knife work

It’s been 5 months since I first started evaluating a new online cooking school by Vancouver-based Rouxbe.com.  If you’ve been following my progress on this blog, you may already know how much I have learned in such a short time, without the pressure of a forced itinerary and the budget of a culinary academy.

    I took a one night knife/cutting class at a local Fine Cooking shop. I agree learning a little bit at a time is more up most peoples learning method.
