This is Blogathon post #35 of 48 in support of the David Suzuki Foundation
Chocoatl is one of the first cocoa bars to grace the city, and still my favourite of them all.
Intriguing truffle flavours like tequila, tobacco, fennel, and balsamic vinegar keep me coming back to sample them as each new flavour is released.

Then there’s beer… CAMRA Vancouver (http://www.camravancouver.ca/) hosted a beer & chocolate tasting with Chocoatl’s Themis Velgis at the Alibi Room on Feb. 23, 2008. It was so successful, we plan to do it again.
