Blogathon 2008: halfway to the finish line!

2 Comments July 26, 2008

This is Blogathon post #25 of 48 in support of the David Suzuki Foundation

Wow, has it been 12 hours already?! Let’s see where we’re at so far.

Donations: $95

  • Bruce pledges 104.16667 cents for every 1/2 hour I manage to churn out a post, amounting to $50 for the full 24 hours
  • Kurt pledges $20 if I stay awake for the full 24 hours
  • Jason called in his pledge at 7am for $25 if I stick it out the whole way through

Actions: 5 people

  • Christina sent letters to the Prime Minister for the issues she supports, with help from templates by the David Suzuki Foundation
  • Dagny, Randy, Cesar, and my mother have all signed up for the Nature Challenge

Much of my blogging shift has been in the wee hours of the morning, when Vancouver is mostly asleep. We are doing pretty good thus far but now that it’s daylight, please drop in and let me know what you can do to help!
