Trees Organic Coffee is a coffee shop on Granville that my boss and her husband has been running for over a decade. According to my boss, Trees was one of the pioneers in the Vancouver scene for serving fairly traded and organic coffee.
The other thing that Trees is famous for is their cheesecake, which they claim is the best in the city. Tonight I got the chance to nibble at 4 different varieties: blueberry, mango splash, chocolate swirl, and mocha.
All of the above were equally creamy, airy, and delightful to the tastebuds. If I had to pick a favourite, it would be the blueberry: the fruit buried inside the cheesecakes is large, plentiful, and explodes in a burst of sweetness in your mouth.
Will you come out to Trees and test their claim?
