Hi Buzz,

I'm curious whether Everything Wine would be similar to the Costco-like BevMo that we came across in San Francisco. There is probably more quality stuff in absolute numbers; personally I enjoy patronizing a discerning shop where you are reasonably assured of a good bottle no matter which one you select.

Not to suggest that this place doesn't filter out crappy wine; the presence of a daily tasting bar and wine education indicates a commitment to quality. Guess I'll just have to get on over there and find out!

I would think the larger the number of skus, the greater chance for their to be quality amongst the rows... so I'm confused as to how you think it might hurt quality by having a larger selection.

For the record, I haven't been to the store, just going by my wife's assessment (she's a wine rep and popped in on Tues night)
