Event reminder: BC Spot Prawn Festival tomorrow!

Just a friendly reminder to come by Granville Island this weekend for the second annual BC Spot Prawn Festival. Me and mine will be there to check out the cooking demos at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm. I’ll also be visiting the Edible BC store (as requested by Christina) and dropping by the Artisan SakeMaker Studio that I learned of during last week’s Memphis Blues cookbook launch.
I’m particularly looking forward to the experience of buying a kilo of BC spot prawns direct from the fishermen that caught them that day (between 2-6pm). If you’re in the area and see me prowling about, be sure to say hello!
